Daisy D’Amico

Daisy D’AmicoI recently spent time in my local hospital, first in the emergency room, then acute care then into their “swing bed” program. When I was well enough to go home the wonderful nurses from Hancock County Homecare took over my care.

What a difference they made in my life and my recovery. I didn’t feel helpless or alone as my body healed. The nurses would assist me, rejoicing in my progress and encouraging me through any setbacks.  It is obvious that this group has a wonderful system of communication, dedication, expertise and, yes, humor, which is reflected in all they do.

Though the nurses at Hancock County HomeCare & Hospice would not expect a thank you for the service they provide, I want to take this opportunity to publicly thank them.

I wish to urge others to not only be aware of this service but to support it in any way they can. It is because of all of the above that I am alive and well and grateful.
